All initial event registrations are closed. These are general participation principles; event-specific final terms are to be announced.

Before you register

Organizers must confirm eligibility, schedule, venue, fee and inclusions, selection process, cancellation arrangements, safety provisions, and any event-specific conditions.

Culture, conduct & rights

Respect fellow creators and local communities. Credit original work, obtain permission before recording others, and agree on ownership and publication rights with collaborators. Participation does not grant blanket media consent.

Creators Camp

Location, accommodation, transport, food, accessibility provisions, activity supervision, and emergency procedures must be established before registration opens. Proposed activities are not a confirmed itinerary. Emergency contacts and health-related requirements remain private.

Interest is not a booking

An expression of interest does not reserve a place or guarantee acceptance. No automatic email or SMS confirmation is configured.
