What this website collects
Application forms collect the information you provide, including contact details, creative interests, project material, and event-specific information when needed. Sensitive camp information such as accessibility needs and emergency contacts is only collected for configured registration.
How submissions are used
Submissions are stored in the site database for authorized organizers to review and manage requests, applications, and project conversations. They are not automatically published. Submitting does not subscribe you to automated email or SMS services.
Access and protection
Private application records require organizer authentication and server-side role authorization. Public financial reporting excludes donor contact details, private reconciliation references, bank information, and beneficiary information. Only reviewed, redacted documents may be published.
Your choices
Only submit information needed for your request. A privacy contact and verified procedures for access, correction, deletion, and retention must be configured by the responsible operator before public launch.
Hosting and authentication
This website uses WordPress on the operator’s hosting provider. Organizer access uses WordPress accounts. Private documents are stored in the website database and served through access checks. The application does not use marketing trackers or browser storage as its submission database. Operational hosting and authentication logs may be handled by the platform.
