Oarvis — Event participation terms

Event registrations are open for Oarvis 1000, Sangam, Creators Camp and the Short Film Contest. Read each event’s conditions before submitting. Registration does not guarantee selection, accommodation or a paid booking.

Before you register

Registrations are reviewed by organizers and do not guarantee selection or a booking. Where details are pending, Oarvis will confirm the schedule, inclusions and fees before a participant commits. Short Film Contest rules and refund conditions appear on its event page.

Culture, conduct & rights

Respect fellow creators and local communities. Credit original work, obtain permission before recording others, and agree on ownership and publication rights with collaborators. Participation does not grant blanket media consent.

Creators Camp

Creators Camp registrations are preliminary. The first camp is planned for Tezpur in December 2026. Exact dates, venue, accommodation, travel, fees and safety arrangements will be confirmed before bookings or payments.

Interest is not a booking

An expression of interest does not reserve a place or guarantee acceptance. No automatic email or SMS confirmation is configured.
