A thoughtful experience in nature
Location, duration, schedule, fees, inclusions, accommodation, food, and transport: details to be announced.
Safety, access & care
Final safety arrangements and emergency procedures will be published before registration opens. Participants will be asked to respect local communities and nature, follow organizer instructions, and obtain consent before filming others. Accessibility and dietary needs are reviewed before participation; no provision is yet guaranteed.
Photography & media consent
Participation does not grant blanket permission to use a person's image or creative work. Recording and publication permissions must be agreed separately. Emergency contact information is private.
